Lasse Carlsson | 17 comments Hi! I meant to add this book (ISBN: 9788702340736) as a version of Fellowship of The Ring (Ringenes Herre #1/Lord of The Rings #1), but I accidentally added the book without the series and can't update it. Is it possible for you to add this book to the Ringenes Herre or Lord of The Rings series?

Liralen | 8260 comments This should just be a matter of combining, not of separately adding to a series. Unfortunately combining is a bit hit-or-miss at the moment, and I'm not having any luck with this one. If nobody else has any success, bump this thread up in a couple of days :)

Lasse Carlsson | 17 comments Yeah, that could probably be a good idea, since I discovered that the book has already been added before: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5.... That version has the wrong page number, though.

Liralen | 8260 comments There's a one-digit ISBN difference. Please double-check the ISBN of the version you added, if possible (I can't find it elsewhere). If there's an error there, the extra edition can be removed and the one with the correct ISBN updated with translators' names, etc.

It would be swell if the old version could be updated with the translators, illustrator and the correct page no. (564 pages).

Liralen | 8260 comments I've deleted the erroneous version and updated the existing one, although I haven't changed the page numbers as the publisher's information that I can find lists it at 656 pages: https://www.gyldendal.dk/produkter/ri...

Lasse Carlsson | 17 comments Alright, thanks for your help.

lethe | 16368 comments WorldCat (a more reliable source for page counts than publishers) lists it with 562 pages. Changed to 564 according to Lasse's book in hand.

Oh, interesting. I'll bear that in mind in the future—didn't realise that WorldCat would override publisher info. Thanks :)

lethe | 16368 comments You're welcome :)

(Publishers usually count all the pages in a book, including any blank ones at the front and the back. Also, in this case it was probably a pre-pub count that they haven't adjusted.)
