I really liked this intro to to the series. It sets a realistic tone for the times. It gives a good picture of who Tracy is, and what we can expect from her in future books.

I like that a man is writing this story. He knows how men treated woman at the time and that they will take extreme steps to keep woman out of their domain.

I definitely liked this intro and set up for the first book. You have a sense of who Tracy is and what she is about. I really like her. Hoping we meet more like minded cops (male and female) along the way!!
