Question about series numbering

Whereas
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Beyond the Grid collects just issue #31-39 (aka vol 9&10)
From my past experience with comic trades if the deluxe has extra content like this one does then it is kept separate from other editions that collect the same issues like the second one listed above is so it should not be combined. Which was why I was asking if 2 separate books can have the same numbering in a series.

In that case could you also add this book: Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Shattered Grid to that same series as book 7-8?
(it has the same issue as the above one where it's not the deluxe edition which collects extra content but still collects vol 7&8)
Books mentioned in this topic

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Beyond the Grid (other topics)

Can you have 2 books with the same number in a series?
For example: this book Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Beyond the Grid Deluxe Edition is numbered as book 9-10 in a series
However, this entirely different book Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Beyond the Grid is also book 9-10.
Can the second one listed above be added to the series as book 9-10 as well? Or can only one book be book 9-10?
