I love that Goodreads has a book goal!
I posted this on twitter to keep me accountable:
My #BookGoal for 2022 is to read a minimum of 4 books every month
- 1 for
@GeekBomb
Book Club
- 1 for
@nerdist
Book Club
- 1 self-improvement
- 1 guilty pleasure
Bonus points if I make it to 65 books for the year.
So far, I'm reading Project Hail Mary, I finished all 3 of the Blood & Ash series (4th is out March!) and started Unthethered Soul which has been recommended to me more than once

*Arrow a generation of vipers by Clay Griffith - this is a continuation of the flash the haunting of Barry Allen book that I read last year
*Supergirl volume one last daughter of krypton
*Arsenic and Adobo by Mia P Manansala
I also want to read the next book in the 'In death' series by J D Robb and Fire study by Maria V Snyder and complete the study series

My goal this year is to read more books than I buy. But working in a book store with an employee discount.... that's very difficult.

I'm diving into a couple of Agatha Christie novels this month (Murder on the Orient Express and The Mysterious Affair at Styles). I'm also reading If the Shoe Fits by Julie Murphy and Blood Hollow by William Kent Krueger.

Going to be starting my 3rd listen to The Sandman audiobook this weekend in preparation for the next Nerdist book club.
No goal this year, just read as much as time allows.
I'm currently reading The Wolf by J.R. Ward
About to start Project Hail Mary for Geekbomb and Sandman for Nerdist. After that, I am continuing a couple series I'm trying to complete.
My goodreads goal is to read 200 which is achievable normally, but I'm trying to read more of the physical books on my tbr this year and not go down the kindle rabbit hole of romance and smutty books that usually up my reading numbers.

OK YES to finishing Wheel of Time!!

Besides reading Project Hail Mary and listening to The Sandman audio, I’m currently reading All of Us Villains by Amanda Foody and Christine Lynn Herman.
My tbr is already ridiculous and there are so many exciting books coming out this year so I honestly have no real plan as far as what all I’m going to read. I just kind of pick them depending on my mood.

I'm currently reading the Well of Ascension and going to look into books of mythology (especially Native American, Middle Eastern, and Celtic). Beyond that, I'll be going into the recommendations people have made like Circe, Name of the Wind, and Project Hail Mary.
What books are you starting 2022 with?
Right now, I'm reading the English Translation of Heaven's Official Blessing vol. 1 (Tian Guan Ci Fu) by Mo Xiang Tone Xiu
