the story of self-discovery. You live with him too. an example of a good in every evil. :)

*spoilers ahead* I finished this book yesterday. Although The Song of Achilles remains as my favourite book by Madeleine Miller, I love Circe in a different way. We are Circe's companions through different stages of her life. The good and the worst. Her growth and path to self-discovery is a journey we take with her. I especially like how the ending leaves us wondering whether she truly transformed and lived the life she believed was set for her and Telemachus or remained immortal. I like to believe that she did become mortal because if those flowers helped Glaucus gain divinity, perhaps they could take away Circe's.
