1. do you moderate any other groups? if so, which ones: I moderate a lot of groups, some have gone inactive or they disbanded while others are either private/secret or I've left them. Below are my current groups that I moderate. Then there are three groups I'm working on as of now.
(view spoiler)

2. how skilled are you with html: I would say so, though I am still learning new things everyday. Such as the quotes ("") command and some other things as well. But I know all of the basic HTML commands and I have font changers for extra effect.

3. how detailed is your roleplaying? give me an average sentence count: I'll admit, I'm not as detailed as I should be. But I do write around six-seven sentences unless my partner writes more. As of recent, I've been writing around four paragraphs.

4. what do you think you could bring to the group: I don't know for sure, I guess it really depends on what the other mods need me to do. Whether it's approving characters or claims or even abilities. Then, I can help with topics that need to be made or cleaned as well as other things.

5. when are you online/active: I'm mostly online Monday-Friday from around 8am to 4pm, Eastern Standard Time (EST). Though, it's unlikely, but I can appear online during the weekends as well.

6. two members are fighting in the chat. how do you handle it: I'd lock down whatever thread the two members are in and take it to the PMs, making sure I hear both sides so I don't seem biased. Then, once I've heard both sides of the story, I'd talk with the other mods before deciding anything. Once the mods have talked about the issue, I'd write both members who were fighting a message about what's going to happen as a result of their fighting. After, I'd clean the fighting comments out of the topics once everything is solved.

1. I have not moderated any goodread groups other than The GANG, which is not a roleplay group, before but I have modded groups on discord and other platforms, as well as hosting ORGs (online reality game) which are basically reality games of discord.
2. I am good at text html but I am not the best at image html. I'm good at updating things fast and organizing threads and topics though.
3. Depends what I'm given to work with. If you throw a one-sentence rolelay at me I will have less to bounce off of. But this group seems advanced so I think I will do around three paragraphs? But I can always do more. My record might be 964 words in one post.
4. Overall, I am a pretty organized and active person who really enjoys fleshing out arcs for my characters, and hopefully I’ll be able to breathe life into this group.
5. I'm online for 10 am EST - midnight EST with obviously some breaks scattered throughout the day to eat and maybe take a walk or something.
6. I freeze the topic, and pm the members who are fighting asking them to stop fighting and that if they continue to do so, further action such as kicking will have to be taken. If clearly one of them has broken a rule and the other person is defending themselves, I will only message the rule breaker with the warning (unless the rule broken requires a kick, in which case I'll ask you if they should be kicked) and then tell the other one in pms that the problem is being taken care of.

1. do you moderate any other groups? if so, which ones?
Yes, I moderate The Midnight Readers, Oleander Academy, A Bookish Adventure, Camonaday's School For The Unlawful Youth (which is dead now but I was a mod when it was extremely active), and The Hunger Games (also pretty inactive but I've modded two versions of that group so there's that). I used to mod a few more before my original account was deleted.

2. how skilled are you with html?
I'd say very, since I know pretty much all of the goodreads html stuff (unless there are things that I haven't found, in which case I obviously don't know). I write a lot of reviews and character templates so I know what I'm doing.

3. how detailed is your roleplaying? give me an average sentence count.
I guess an average is maybe four or five sentences, not counting groups like this where the minimum is six. But I've also gone into whole pages (like eleven is my record), so it mainly depends on the scene.

4. what do you think you could bring to the group?
Aside from regular modding responsibilities like approvals and comment regulation, I think I would get along with the other moderators well and we'd be able to exchange ideas easily. This is the type of group that I usually join, so I think I'm good at just going along with the theme in terms of ideas and additions.

5. when are you online/active?
Like all the time and especially when I shouldn't be. Generally I'm a bit on-and-off during school hours because some of my classes don't allow laptops, and when I have rehearsals or lessons I won't be able to get online. But goodreads is almost always open on a tab, which is probably a bad habit but we're not going to talk about that. Also, I'm on EST time.

6. two members are fighting in the chat. how do you handle it?
If it's small or unrelated to the group, probably tell them to take it to PMs, but if it's severe or related to the group, I would intervene by preventing other people from joining in andasking both for their sides of the story (probably privately, to avoid more conflict.) Depending how that is handled, I would compromise between them, set some kind of boundaries to avoid more fighting, or kick them both if things got bad enough (after consulting the other mods). Generally, I'd try to settle things in low-profile ways so nothing explodes, then delete all the comments afterward.

Thank you for your consideration!

wow that sounded so official and stuff

1. do you moderate any other groups? if so, which ones? I do, I help moderate, northstar academy, and a few of my own.
2. how skilled are you with html? I would say I'm quite skilled and use it often.
3. how detailed is your roleplaying? give me an average sentence count. I tend to join advanced roleplays and semi advanced, so my roleplay and characters are quite details, my sentence average is 5+ (depending on the roleplayer)
4. what do you think you could bring to the group? I love organization, so I can help keep things together and tidy.
5. when are you online/active? Fairly often, more so in the evenings.
6. two members are fighting in the chat. how do you handle it? I try to make peace between them, I keep my opinions to myself and don't pick a side and try to find a way to benefit the both of them

1. do you moderate any other groups? if so, which ones? I don't think I have moderated any groups, mostly just because I've never asked and I've only been on goodreads since last year Feburary. (my old account)
2. how skilled are you with html? I'd like to say I'm pretty skilled.
3. how detailed is your roleplaying? give me an average sentence count. oooh, that does depend. Usually 7-8+ sentences, depending on how much I'm given to work with, though I can go longer if i'm the one starting the roleplay.
4. what do you think you could bring to the group? Just an active moderator than can approve characters if needed, nothing too big. I can bring some fun ideas if I think hard enough though!
5. when are you online/active? Anytime really, usually school hours though, but it really varies. I'm pretty active though! (I won't be active after wednesday though. I'm going into a mental hiatus, for at least a month.) Oh! And i'm on the Hawaiian Timezone.
6. two members are fighting in the chat. how do you handle it? Figure out why, and come to a compromise with them. If all else fails, tell them to take a break, issue a warning and let them cool off.
