And everybody hates Umbridge, for me though Bellatrix is the next best villain. (my poor Sirius *sobs* )

Umbridge - Hp (more annoying than voldy)
Thomas (He ain't really the villain, more like the republic) - Legend

And Luce from Fallen.

Mal from Shadow and Bone
Aspen from The Selection
Octavian from HoO
Gale from Hunger Games
Bella, Edward, Jacob from Twilight
Umbridge from Harry Potter
Locke and Taryn from TFOTA
The King from Shadow and Bone (this might be my most hated one)
Eros from HoO
Aspen from The Selection
Octavian from HoO
Gale from Hunger Games
Bella, Edward, Jacob from Twilight
Umbridge from Harry Potter
Locke and Taryn from TFOTA
The King from Shadow and Bone (this might be my most hated one)
Eros from HoO

Octavian from Heroes of Olympus
Myron from The Shadows Between Us
Peeta from Hunger Games

Beyond that, though, I would say the Harry Potter series has a lot that I hate more than Voldemort for various reasons. Voldemort was a horrible character, a dictator, "evil for the sake of evil", but characters like Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, Albus Dumbledore, Cho Chang, Molly Weasley, even Ginny Weasley; they were terrible for various reasons, but most of all that they were a trope, they were terrible friends, or they were just plain annoying to me. I didn't like Voldemort as a villain, but I hated many of the "good guys" more because they had no reason to be so blind and/or arrogant and/or stupid.
And that's before I get started on Severus Snape's "redemption".

I didn't like him much either.
