I totally agree with the others on Octavian from PJO series, Taryn from Folk of the Air series and Umbridge from Harry Potter. Also I know this is kind of controversial but I hate Jace from Mortal Instruments(don't ask why).

Dolores Umbridge from Hatru Potter. She seemed to cause more trouble than Voldemort. Voldemort bided his time and didn't make it obvious he was back whereas it seemed like Umbridge's goal was to make the students lives miserable. She seemed to take pleasure in hurting students with her stupid quill and banning Harry from playing quidditch ever again was so mean. She had so many rules that no one could do anything any more.

Moreover, she tried to fire all of the teachers she didn't approve of such as Professor Trelawney and Hagrid. I wanted Professor Mcgonagall to put her in her place and make her leave because seriously, Umbridge was awful.

Hmm, just the fact that he wanted Alina to change how she was. He only wants Alina to be happy if she is with him . He keeps begging her to be with him... Follows her around all of the time. That is just my opinion lol. Or maybe others just prefer the Darkling over him anyway.
