What book have you read that's set in a non patriarchal society? What kind of society is it?

A few years ago I read The Gender Game by Bella Forrest, and loved this series. There are two islands, and on one side the woman are in charge, and across the river the men are. So there is both a matriarchal and patriarchal society, but we mainly focus in the matriarchal society in this book. Great dystopian.
