Hey everyone! I'm Anna and love to do reading challenges especially yearly ones and broaden my reading at times. Leslie sent me this way and said that I would really like it. I primarily read romance, suspense, and thrillers but I also am open to reading new things. I just don't love sci-fi but I can usually find something to work.

I know, I have a little downtime right now so I'm like let me go have just a sneak look at it but I'm definitely going to need a pen and a notepad to work on planning things. It looks fun for sure.

I’m Margaret I’m retired and a grandmother. I’m a marine biologist, became a librarian and built a bibliographic database on fish! This developed into an academic publishing company NISC which publishes academic journals and bibliographic databases specializing in information on Africa and published in Africa and natural history subjects. I’m based in South Africa. Reading has always been part of my work. Now that I’m retired I can read whatever I like…I read non fiction, historical fiction and whatever takes my fancy. I hope to discover great books in this group.

Hello my names Emma and I love all things supernatural, witches, vampires etc. I prefer reading actual books rather than kindle’s and aim to read around 30-35 books a year, time permitting. Glad to be part of the group ☺️

Hello everyone! I hope it is okay to post here, seeing as there's no introduction thread for 2023 yet. ;)I am currently "reading" mostly audio books as I am experiencing some eye trouble, but I hope things will get better - reading works so much faster than listening.
My current interest is mostly British police procedurals. Taking part in challenges will hopefully lead to a wider selection of books to choose from my TBR.
My native language is German, so there might be some German books among my selection.
