First week was a bust though. I should have known better than to try to set up a physical challenge for the first week back at work. >.<
But I am going to try saving energy (and burning calories), by exercising while reading!
Starting easy--every day, read at least one chapter in current book while walking, climbing stairs, cycling, or lifting weights, etc..
Might change that to minutes, or percentage of book must be read--one for one chapters, or even a specific book may only be read while moving.
First self-challenge, so we'll see how this works out. Suggestions welcome!
Will NOT count a book for 2022 big challenge unless I read the whole thing while exercising.
