Just started it. Intriguing premise

I've just completed the first chapter. I have a feeling this will be a slow, interesting read. I fear, however, that it might not be as fulfilling as I would like. We'll see.

I’ve read about 60 pages—not at all what I was expecting, but so far, I’m enjoying it. The timeline (in the back of my print paperback) is helpful.

It's going even slower than expected... It's not grabbing me. I think I'm going to try to carve out some time this weekend and see if I get invested.
