I was pretty happy to get my parcel from Book Geek. It’s an Australian family owned business that sells books, clothing, stationery, jewellery etc. about books. I bought a t- shirt that says ‘Raised by Libraries’, a puzzle with an illustration of New York Public Library ( for my sister for Christmas) and postcards with designs of different bookplates. Seriously, does anyone know how to get rid of the "Welcome to the new book page" box that is popping up on every single thing I look at. I tried clicking on the "got it" button assuming that would indicate to GR I had read it - didn't help. It is driving me crazy :(

I myself discovered literary candles on Etsy a couple years back, and now every Halloween when I order candles I add some literary ones. This year I've got 'Middle Earth' and 'Mister Kindly' coming. :D

Lol, I told him I didn’t want to still be visiting him out of necessity when I’m 80 so get on with it all now! The ol’ pegs get a bit rickety as they get on so preventative measures are being undertaken now.

I only realised yesterday that it's been two years since my last optometrist visit! And that was only when the optometrist told me it was two years...sigh...

Thanks everyone! Today feeling much better, which is great. I am so in and out of the two versions I'm losing track. Today at work I can't even remember.. and my laptop at home is definitely the old. But USUALLY it is that they are BOTH different (one old, one new). It's nuts.
