I'm listening to King's latest Fairy Tale
I started a novel but had trouble finding time to devote to it, so I'm back to short stories, for now:
by Marjorie Bowen.

I have his, The Lost District, I've owned for years and never think of when I'm looking for a collection to read.
Thanks for the reminder.

I have the audio book for Harvest Home too, and just wish I could find a good copy of the TV movie with Bette Davis :-)

Today I put Hyperion on pause to start How High We Go in the Dark which may or may not be hitting me right in the feels. (view spoiler)
I'm in such a reading slump that I started a Colleen Hoover book, It ends with us. Hope this will help.

The film of Harvest Home is available on You Tube, but yeah, the quality is terrible.

A delightful read, suprising and with interesting characters. I hope to finish it today so I can publish my review soon.

Yes I had seen it years ago but didn't remember anything. I rewatched it as soon as I finished the book. Although it is pretty faithful, Jimmy was not how I imagined him and I think so much was lost in depth. Still, pretty good. Did you enjoy it?
Something seems to be wrong because I cannot edit my earlier post about Odd Hours by Ania Bas
It earned itself four stars! https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Roughly halfway through Clown in a Cornfield 2: Frendo Lives and it's amazing how much more I'm enjoying it than its predecessor. I know I'm in the minority in not enjoying the first one, but this one seems to be better paced, adds more depth to the characters, and all the whole seems to be forming a more interesting narrative, IMHO.
Fellstones by Ramsey Campbell
Hoping to get out of a serious slump with a brand-new novel by my favorite living writer!
