Hi, all, and thanks, Nancy.
I met Nancy in another GoodReads group and when she mentioned this one I had to take a look and what I saw excited me.
In my teens way back when, Christie, Queen, Sayers, Hammett, Chandler, among others were my main reading but I drifted away. I've been drifting back again over the last decade and it's been a pleasure to see others reading and discussing mystery, crime and detective stories.
Anyway, I'm glad to be here and will strive to maintain the standards Bill set.

It's great having you on board. Thank you again.

Thanks, all. I may not be around much the next day or two, but I expect on Sunday to request nominations for the next group read. Anyone reading this, put your thinking caps on for what you'd like and get ready to fire off the nomination.
Stay tuned, same Bat-time, same Bat-place!
Er -- well, something like that anyway.
