He stares into her eyes, "I know. I feel the same." He pokes her side, "You need a break,"
He pulls her outside by the hand, leading her gently down the stairs and says, "Where do you wanna go?"

He gasps, "On to the ice cream place." He helps her into the car, driving carefully.

He gets out, finally there and walks around, opening the door for her, holding his hand out, "I'm just dying to try this amazing ice cream.."

He laughs, "I doubt it." He squeezes her hand, walking up to the door and immediately gasps, "It's so... the- I can't even explain it. Walking in, it just felt like heaven."
He nods and says, "What should I get? What did you get last time?"

He smiles at her. "I'll have the same thing, please." He grins afterward, excited.

His smile falters, just slightly, "Sky, they're fine. I promise. Nothing bad will happen, don't worry."

He sighs, "I know." He grins, "I can't wait to try this!!"
He watches her, slowly taking a bite himself. He moans slightly and says, "That. Is. Amazing."
"I can never go back to just regular ice cream ever again." he remarks, meaning it fully.
He sits there, slowly eating, wanting to make it last, watching Sky, totally in love, looking at her ring, the ring. He shakes his head, unbelieving that everything that has happened to them has lead to this.

He grinned at her, "I'm absolutely fantastic, baby. Your ring, it's just. It's just so much more than that. It's the good times, the bad times, the smiles, the stolen kisses, the night I snuck out, the time that we broke up and cried for months, the times that make me so happy I can barely breathe, for everything. It's just everything. And now we have Megan and Mason. And you have a beautiful ring on your finger. My beautiful bride." He kisses her hand.

He sees her crying and slides close to her, holding her, not caring that they were in public. He starts to cry at the reference to the song and whispers, smiling slightly, "You're so the one I wanna marry," thinking back to the sunset night.

He kisses her other cheek and says, "Where would I be without you, Skylar Robbins? It's only ever been you. I'm going to marry you," he kisses her head, "and it will be the best day of my life. You're my forever, no matter what, I swear." He's still lightly crying and holds her close, his head slightly on hers.

He holds her closer, "I'm so happy I saw you that day. If you would've died, I don't think I could've ever been truly happy. You're so unique, so special, so beautiful and caring and amazing. You're such a great mother and girlfriend and" he pokes her, "wifey to be. I love you, I love you no matter what. You may think sometimes that there's no way I love you so much, but I promise baby, I do. And," he blushes, "I will continue with my crude jokes and bad kissing and nervousness and baby comments so that you know."

He kisses her back, softly saying, "We can continue this elsewhere...." joking, not caring about the people's staring, but wanting to do this alone.

He goes back to his ice cream whispering, "Seriously though...continue that elsewhere?"
He whispered right back, "Baby, I promise the kids are fine."

He sighs, slightly. "Okay, let's go back."
"Of course," he begrudgingly replies.
"Absolutely nothing, sweets."
He looks down, choosing his next words very carefully, "I know you just had kids, that we just had kids. We have been living in that hospital and I get that you miss them and are worried that something bad will happen. I have been deprived of everything not related to Mason or Megan. And I love them, I really do. But I love you too. And it seems like sometimes you're just not there with me for anything but them." He's crying, a total mess of emotions. "It's not that I'm all sex crazed or anything, just-" he stops, not knowing how to adequately explain what he was feeling without sounding like a douche who just wanted sex.

He walks away, pissed off that that's what she got from everything that he said. "You obviously don't know me like I thought you did," he says before walking away. He walks around town for hours, not about to leave his fiancée stranded with no car.

He looks at her, his eyes a perfect mix between sorrow and anger. He knew that she had an unimaginable amount of hormones running through her, yet he was still pissed. "YOU REALLY THINK I JUST WANTED SEX?" he yelled, unable to control himself. "OUR, yeah I noticed the my children from earlier, CHILDREN are in a fucking vicinity full of people that are trained to watch them. I understand that you have these mommy hormones but I have these fiancé hormones that makes me want to be able to hang out with my fiancée without being constantly worried about something that there's maybe a 2% chance of happening. I'm not going to fucking leave you, I see it in your eyes, and you thinking all of these horrible things... I just, I just DON'T UNDERSTAND." He turns away, a mess of rage.
