She stays like that for a long time.

Liam wasn't going to go anywhere while she need him, so he stayed in place. Hugging her, holding her tight.
She sighs against him, hating what had happenned to them.
Liam wasn't crying anymore and he had just noticed Lillian had stepped out. He closed his eyes and relaxed, thinking about everything that had happened in the past months.
She moves herself up, leaning her head on his shoulder asking, "How was it just earlier this week that we were going on dates?"
He sighed and shook his head, "It feels like so much longer ago since we watched the sunset together.. time flies I guess."
She gets tears in her eyes and says, "That is my favorite day ever."
Liam smiled a little, "That was perfect."
She smiles too, looking up at him.
"You're perfect," he whispered, still smiling a little.
She gasps a little, surprised. She moves to his ear whispering, "No, you are,"
"We're both perfect then." He said, not wanting to argue with her. He smiled a softer version of Skylarly.
She leans into him and says, "Will you touch my hair?"
He brings his hand and starts to play with her hair, watching her face.
She smiles, perfectly content.
Liam kisses her cheek and lays his head back, still playing with her hair.
She smiles again, moving closer still.
He continued playing with her hair and closed his eyes.
She leans onto his chest and closed her eyes too, drifting off to sleep.
Liam fell asleep too with a Skylar smile on his face.
In the middle of the sleep she moves, trying to get comfortable, putting her leg over his and her head on his chest, pushing him down a little bit so he didn't get a neck cramp from falling asleep sitting up.
Liam stays asleep. Being a guy he naturally was a heavy sleeper.
She smiles against him and cuddles up more, not caring what it looked like they were doing. Because they weren't. She fell asleep again, intertwined with him.
It was the next morning and Liam woke up to the bright light coming from the window. He blinked a couple of times and looked down to see Sky all cuddled up with him. He smiled and didn't move, not wanting to wake her up.
Eventually the light woke Skylar up and she looks at her position, her leg over his, her arm draped across his stomach and her head on his chest. She looks up, "I'm sorry..."
He laughed a little bit, "It's perfectly fine, I loved it." He said, smiling, "Good morning," he said, pushing the hair from her face.
She smiles and said, "It was very comfortable. Good morning to you too, baby." She smiles brightly and laughs.
"You looked it," he said, laughing. He sat up a little bit and kissed her softly before getting up to stretch.
She smiled and moved so he could get up.
He stretched as someone knocked on the door.
She sighed, "Who is it?" she called out once again.
The doctor walked in, "G'morning you two. I figured you'd be here, Liam. How are you feeling this morning, Skylar?"
"Umm, the overall pain isn't as bad as yesterday, I think."
"That's good. I noticed you were moving around. Does it hurt bad to move?"
She looks up at him and says, "Not as bad... I think I'm favoring though, so I'm not sure."
He nodded, "Right, okay, do you want to try to stand or is that too much?" He asked.
She looks at Liam, so he knows to help her if she looks unsteady. She moves to the side of the bed and puts down her right leg first, favoring it and puts her left leg down, gritting her teeth.
Liam runs in front of her and puts his hands out to help.
She holds onto his hands and takes a shaky step forward.
The doctor nods, "Very good. Try to balance yourself out and not favor."
She holds Liam's hands tighter and puts her full weight on her left leg. She wants to scream, tears in her eyes, but she keeps walking slowly and painfully, but walking.
"Too much, babe." Liam whispered, not missing the tears collecting in her eyes, "It's okay. Take it slow."
"I need to be able to walk, Liam." She grits her teeth again and takes another step forward, slower though.
He nodded and let her, he just didn't want her to push herself too much.
After that step, she stops. "Liam's right, Doc. It hurts a lot. I can move on it, but it's very difficult."
The doctor nods, "Skylar, let's stop for today, okay? You shouldn't overexert yourself."
She clutches onto Liam's hand, needing help to get back to the bed.
