Hi!
Would it be possible to add a page number to Eric Jager's "The Last Duel" (ISBN: 9781787467866) as it seems to be missing?
I couldn't find a page number on Worldcat but Amazon has it at 256p. Here is a link below:

All right, story begins on page 1 and ends on page 214. Pages 215-226 are notes on the text, pages 227-233 are sources, pages 234-242 are an index.
An epigraph, a table of contents and a note by the author precedes the story.
