SOLVED. Book about a billionaire who lives on a boat instead of the penthouse because of his daughter. Spoilers ahead.

The guy is a wealthy billionaire and has a penthouse that he uses for hookups only but mainly lived on a boat named after his daughter that his grandfather built. At some point the main character gets into an accident because of the fog on the way to the marina. She is building a small house somewhere and asks for his help with an issue with her driveway and ultimately he ends up getting her a dog and property on the lake like she had wanted. Those are the main points I remember. He redecorated the penthouse for her at some point.
