Books about: Cultural Differences: clashes, different perceptions & how they make the work complex & colorful - Not business oriented

I've been recommended The Culture Map by Erin Meyer as I'm interested in the clashes between different cultures and what can generate from it.

Though the book is quite on point, it is obviously too oriented to the business side of things, while I'm just looking for a book that shows how same topics are being perceived in different cultures and how these differences make the world complex yet colorful.

Anything on this note? AKA no business, more anthropological/sociological?
