"Happy New Year!" She looked around. "Too bad I forgot the Champaign."
"Well...I DID see a wine room in the map..." He grinned.
Kiara laughed. "I'm pretty sure we can't legally drink that. Also, ew, wine tastes weird."((very true! I get it from my mom, wine is gross to me))
"One: we're no longer in the USA, so laws from there don't follow here. Two: You're correct. I like beer better. Three: There should be grapes in that room, and I want some fruits for once."
Kiara followed along with that logic. "Well, yeah, we could drink whatever and I thought they only stored wine in wine rooms."
((FWI...Corpes sneaks into bars sometimes for free drinks in his series, which sort of gets him in a lot of trouble))

Scarlet finally puts down her book and realizes a day had passed. She hadn't eaten anything. Rewinding back to the day before, she thought of what Kiara said about a dining hall being found. She adds a couple more daggers to her belt in case she meets with some unfriendly creatures and leaves her room quietly, opting to run and stop in the hall to check doors.
"Hmm... I'll have to think about it. I doubt your an easy person to shop for." She started to laugh and then made an *oh no* face.
"What's wrong, Ki?" He asked.

Kiara rolled her eyes. "That would be a really weird birthday present you mean." She closed her eyes and shuddered. "Ugh, I was just thinking about it. This ain't gonna be pretty." She pushed open the dressing room door, since it was right down the hall. "I might as well see if they have anything in pink."

"You're the best!" Corpes laughed evilly, already checking for pink anything.

Kiara thought about it. "I really am the best." She smirked and looked through the closets.
Scarlett starts grabbing different snacks and putting them in a towel that she found in the closet to use as a makeshift bag. She grabbed the most healthy snacks including veggie straws, fruit products, and some beef jerky. As she walked back to her "room", she saw Kiara and Deadeye go through the hall and into another room."Should I say hello?" She thinks to herself. She decides to go and starts walking toward the room before she can second guess herself.
"Hey, Kiara and Deadeye."
Corpes--I mean Deadeye--instantly turned and with an arrow in his hand, raising it toward Scarlett...oh. It's just Scarlett.
"Oh, hey. What are you up to?" Deadeye put the arrow away.

"Hey. I'm just foraging for food. What about you two?" Scarlett raised her eyebrow in annoyance at Deadeye's raising of his bow. She knew that if he shot at her, she would be able to direct it away from her but she was still annoyed.
Kiara looks up quickly, but relaxes slightly when she sees who it is. "Oh, hey." She foes back to searching.
