"No, no that's not why I'm crying." She wiped her eyes with her hand.
"Oh, geez, then why...?" Corpes wiped some tears on her face with a finger.
"Its just...its just, that was so sweet and..." she looked up at him with a look on her face.

"Oh...right. Well, the song...kind of reminds me of you and me, so that's why I decided to sing it to you. The song means a lot to me...like you...or something." He looked away, blushing from the mushy things he's saying.

Kiara's face glowed. "You really think that way about me?"
"Of course...why wouldn't I?" He glanced back to Kiara then to his feet.
Kiara threw her arms around him and hugged him tight.
"Wh-whoa." Corpes got spooked for a bit, but slowly wrapped his arms around her.
Corpes hesitantly kisses her forehead.
She leaned into him and sighed. Where was Corpes three years ago when she needed a friend? At least he was here now.
Corpes thought the same thing when he pulled away from his kiss. Even with his ghosts, he felt lonely without any companion to call his own. He was glad to have her now.
"We should go soon. Time's wasting, and my hunger's growing."

She smiled. "Alright, we wouldn't want you to keel over from starvation. I think I might know the way."
"Really? Cool. Let's head to the kitchen now." Corpes would let go and jump off the bed.
Kiara got to the door first and pulled it open. No one was on the hall. She turned to the left and started on her way. "I think it will be near the end of the castle, since the cooks need access to the outside."
"Seems logical..." Corpes said, following her as he dug through his backpack. "Should we get the new girl while we're at it?"
"Alright. Good thing we left them somewhere this way."
Corpes nodded, taking out two Hersey's Chocolate bars, and passed one to her. "Care for some breakfast?" He asked.
She laughed. "Why not, this is basically the equivalent of some cereals back home." She took a bar and started munching on it.((that is...actually true))
((I know. Weird, huh?))
Corpes laughed as well and started chewing on the chocolate bar. He watched Kiara eat for a bit as he did so.
One of the things he liked about him and her was that they can be in a lovely scene together, and then back to buddies...then it's another heartwarming scene, and the next is back to business with the mission. It was easy for him. He didn't have to worry too much on showing love all the time. And also, he can offer a bit of love from his shy heart back to Kiara.
Corpes laughed as well and started chewing on the chocolate bar. He watched Kiara eat for a bit as he did so.

Kiara noticed him staring. "What?"
Corpes looked away, not before grinning. He finished his bar, trying to stay silent.
She looks suspiciously at him for a moment and then returns to her candy bar. She stops at the entrance to a large empty room. "This is where we left them." She pushes the door open and scans the inside for Biana and Alvay.
"Yoo-hoo! Anyone home?" Corpes asks, loudly.
((I guess we kind of need Avery and Ellie for this part))

Biana sat up when she heard the voice, “Is that you guys?”
Kiara strode in. "Who else would it be?"
*Alvay heard the voices too. He got up*
"Indeed. Deadeye and his companion. What are you two up to?"
“Not much. You guys?”
Biana shrugged, “We both just woke up. Though that other girl is still asleep.”
"We've found the kitchen. That's cool, right?"
“Ohh! Do you get any food?”
Biana stood up to fast and then winced from the pain in her leg, “Oh, really? We were running out of food.”
((wait, we did?))
"Well...no. We didn't actually get INSIDE the kitchen, we just know the location of it...and that's why we came for the new girl."
"We need her to draw us a map."
*Alvay moved to support Biana*“So why do you need the new girl”

“Ohh. Ok”
Biana shook her head, “But we need to first explore the whole castle before we do that.”
"Guess we need to wait till she wakes up." Corpes said, leaning on the door.

When he stopped singing he leaned forward. "Kiara, you okay? Was by singing so bad it made you cry in disappointment?"
