Deadeye had his eyes closed, so he couldn't see her eyes. All he did was hold her in his right arm, and with his left hand, he had his fingers propping Kiara's chin up to Deadeye. He still was giving mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, of course.

((sure he was))Kiara was a little, uh, confused I guess. She didn't hate it though..She did something that some people would consider stupid. She reached up, wrapped her arms around his neck, and, uh well, kissed him back.

Corpes' eyes opened instantly when he felt her arms around him, spooked. His eyes widen even more when he was kissed back and then decided to stay that way for a bit longer, scooting up a bit towards Kiara to get comfortable until he realized he that he was already drunk too much sweet darkness that made him pull away. "The hell's your problem? I was saving you, not kissing you!" He said, face flushed with embarrassment. The darkness he sucked made him feel...dizzy. Or tipsy.

Kiara blushed a bright red from her cheeks to her ear tips. "Well, I woke up and your mouth was on mine and I got confused okay! Also don't think I didn't notice you lean into it at the beginning!" She very very embarrassed, but also, something else. She wasn't sure what. Feelings were so darn confusing. Secretly she actually liked that small kiss, but there was no way she would ever admit to that.

Corpes shook his head, not believing himself on what he just did.
"Sorry. I...I got scared. I thought I was gonna lose you soon, so I drained the energy that might've killed you in the quickest way I knew how. Please...please don't be mad."

She glanced at him. He seemed, genuine. "I'm not mad" she said quietly "just, very confused." She looked at the wall.

"Well, okay, good," Corpes said, standing up. He licked his lips again, not staring at her any longer.
She sighed. Things were quite ruined now weren't they. "What happened to the princess? I didn't see."
"When you got hit, I was so furious at the princess that I sorta blasted her, knocking her out...I think. I don't know. My only concern was you." He said, looking around.
She smiled at that and glanced over at him. "Well, what should we do now?"
"Let's go away." He finally looked back at Kiara. He still had his mask off, so she could see perfect white teeth on his smile--and you would think it'll be bad as the other parts of himself. "We'll deal with the princess later. I'm...I'm too tired."
((Pooor princess...I love how in Castle 3 they have a princess to rescue and in Castle 1 their trying to figure out why someone has the symptoms of infection when all he has a broken finger XD))
