Alison Lowe joins the team again to help with the investigation, specifically to analyze Steven Harte. Of all the things she contributed, what was the most insightful? Do you think they might ever make her a permanent part of this group?

Lynn (ftbooklover) I think she would be a valuable part of their group, but I don't see that happening in this series. However, she might continue to turn up in future cases.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments Same. I think Alison will come back for some cases, but she won't be a regular member of the group.

I think the most valuable information that she gave Kim was what she told her about Steven Harte and his teacup. Letting Stacey interview him because Kim was "too busy" and not letting him have his tea, really threw him off.

I agree with you both about the probability of her joining the team permanently.

I also thought her observations about his slight nuances were invaluable. She’s really good at what she does.

Robin, that insight helped Penn unlock that phone!!!

Yes, I forgot about that.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I agree with all of you. Alison has excellent skills and insight into criminal behavior.

Alison reminds me of Kim's version of Dr Mira. She is there for the entire police department. Teams call on her when they need a profile.

That’s a great comparison!

Yes, I can see that also.
