Merging a edition of "Phoenix in Obsidian" by Michael Moorcock

This Gateway/Orion Kindle edition only includes the titular novel (it's not an omnibus nor a collection) and thus should be merged with all other versions of this book: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4...

In addition, this Kindle edition is listed as having a trade paperback version which in fact does not exist: it does have an ebook counterpart having the very same cover and the ISBN-13: 9780575092679.

First off, sorry for my two mistakes: I was unaware of the merge/combine difference (it is now duly noted), and since the edition in question had already been shelved more than 5 times I thought it was necessary to ask a Superlibrarian. Thanks a lot for your input!
