SOLVED: Adult Fiction > SOLVED. Adult SciFi Romance series - got it via a subscription of Harlequin type books in mid 2000s. Scifi Romances set in 2154 or 2152, at least one involved a pilot from the present who ended up in the future. [s]

Isley | 7 comments One was a female pilot, I believe, who time traveled to the future while flying??? I think. Had a romance with a dude from that future year. There may have been a plotline with like an emperor or a prince or something or I might be confusing it with something else. These were read between 2003-2007.

One was a rougueish male antihero type who turns good for the heroine. I distinctly recall a scene where they were hiding on a hotel room and she was biting her lip anxiously and he commended her for making it look like they were just being amorous and then they make fake sex noises so that they wouldn't be discovered and to sell the ruse (?? I think?) There was also something about eating fresh fruit the morning after they actually did have sex.

There may have been more books in the series but I can't recall them. They were all written by different authors but set in the same setting of the future year of 2152 or 2154 it was 2150something.

Isley | 7 comments The other books were

Day of Fire by Kathleen Nance
The Shadow Runners by Liz Maverick (which I hadn't read)
The Power of Two by Patti O'Shea
Scarlett Empress by Susan Grant.

The Susan Grant books were reprinted in 2017 as a standalone duo but the 5 book series originally came out in 2004.
