Glad to have another reader who enjoys the series! 🐾

And you are welcome to try them!
A reader to a reader! 🐾

This is actually the very first discussion I’ve ever created even though I’ve been a Goodreds member for not quite a full year. I’m still new at this and am willing to learn and grow with it, as I am enjoying this. What would possibly be my other 4 alternatives? Any insight or help with this would be greatly appreciated! 🐾

So, the 12 + 4 challenge is a challenge wher you pick 12 books that you want to read and 4 alternatives. If one of the 12 isn't your 'thing', you can replace it with one of your alternatives. Maybe you can just make another thread with '12 + 4 challenge' as a title. I've got one too.

Exactly. It's not necessary to have alternatives. That was a specific challenge in our old group.

Thanks again for your help, my reading friend! 🐾

And I too sometimes can’t remember with so many I read; the cover is about the only thing that will tell me if I’ve read it or not, especially from way in my past!
Can’t wait to start this challenge! 😆🐾

This is the 12+4 challenge. So, please add your 4 alternates.
We may change some of the rules after this year; but for now it stands.
Good luck and if you need recommendations; I am sure Lea, Bill, Alissa or Desley canenable help you. LOL

I will add my 4 alternatives momentarily before December 31st to this list.
What do I do with my other challenge that I created? Can I just switch it for something else or …?

Yes; get those alternates on there in case something doesn't work out.
Most definitely keep the other list. That one you can change after Dec. 31st; and it is more laid back. You can categorize reads without actually listing books out previously.
Just check out everyones individual lists and see what sticks. That is what I do.
Good luck and don't hesitate to ask any questions. :)
