Netgalley downloads not going to Kindle Fire

Hi all! Happy to find this group. Longtime Goodreads member and big Netgalley fan. In the last few weeks I have been approved for two books at Netgalley and have sent them to Kindle, as I always do. However, they are not appearing on my Kindle Fire, my Kindle app (phone), or "content and devices" in my Amazon (at the website). I have written Netgalley and not received an advice. Is this a known issue? Any suggestions for help?

I did download a Netgalley book successfully on 12/2, so this is not a universal issue. And I have downloaded a couple of Kindle eBooks this week, also no problem.

Check the Netgalley Shelf app. A lot of my recent downloads have been automatically going there rather than my kindle or my phone.

Check to see whether it was just available in epub. I have had a few available on Adobe only. This hasn't happened lately because I usually read them from the Netgalley app.

Update on this issue - A Heart Adrift finally arrived on Kindle, with multiple copies! Evidently Amazon had some issues today and I wonder if that caused a hiccup. Hotel Portofino is still nowhere to be seen.

amazon web services had an outage on tuesday - that wasn't allowing anything to be transmitted

Thanks, Dee! I think that was the problem with A Heart Adrift. Hotel Portofino was actually a bad file that wouldn't work -- Netgalley finally wrote back and told me to try the new file download. It worked - YAY!
