I've tried this a few times and am looking forward to starting again. I'll aim for 80 countries and not set a time limit. Maybe I'll get more than 80 countries.

Ukraine - The Daughters of Yalta: The Churchills, Roosevelts, and Harrimans: A Story of Love and War by Catherine Grace Katz 4.0 stars. This is a bit of a contentious one. Yalta is in territory disputed between Ukraine and Russia. The international world recognizes it as part of Ukraine, even though Russia invaded the Crimea in 2014 and claimed it as theirs. I choose to say it is part of Ukraine, if that's ok.
