History/Other Stoof
History ~ He was born an only child to Lucius and Narcissa, pure blooded IceWings. They are high up when it comes to the Kingdom. Lucius is a member of the guards for the queen, and Narcissa is a healer. She also delivers messages on occasions. When Draco came along, they set a base for him to grow up into. He has to be strong, cold and intelligent. He certainly fits that base now.
