Please Merge translations - add translators

Please combine these two editions of the book.

An English translation is forthcoming for the original book by Lídia Jorge: O Vento Assobiando nas Gruas

The English version lists Lídia Jorge as author twice and is missing translators info Margaret Jull Costa and Annie McDermott. You can see this info on the publishers website: https://wwnorton.com/books/9781631497599
On the publishers website the initial info shows Margaret Costa as an author, but if you read the description it does state she is one of the translators. It's also on the edge of the cover, but hard to read that small print.
