Can you find a link to where it is published separately, or an ISBN? Even if it was a limited edition.

The story was first publiced in Clarkesworld Magazine under another title. It was later removed from the website and was a finalist for the 2021 Hugo Award for Best Novelette, under the title "Helicopter Story".
To qualify for another award, it was republished in an e-book version.
