Help with Book Removal

Hello, I am an author of the book Descent into Darkness: The Chronicles of Deneb Book 2. When I uploaded the book for the first time, I made some errors that I cannot fix. I would appreciate if this book is removed from my author page so that I re-upload with the correct information.
