Hello!

Per the title, at least a couple aspects of this book have not been edited since I did a re-write of it back on July 30th, 2021. Among other things, a link to the newest, most current edition on Amazon should be added, and the number of pages the paperback and Kindle formats have should be updated.

Can someone help me to make these updates? Thanks!

We don't set links manually. If you click on Amazon it will take you to the edition with that ISBN or ASIN.
If you want the Kindle edition to show as the default instead of the paperback, follow these steps:
