22%(view spoiler)[ I am loving this book so far the characters are still interesting to read about I can't help but want for something good to happy for them. I love Juliette most of all hiding her feeling to protect the one she loves hiding everything behind a venire of cold heartedness. I also love Roma he torn between hating Juliette for what he thinks she did and thinking she would of never did that to him. I am loving the plot so far the monster from before is back and Roma and Juliette have to work together to prevent so much loss of life. So overall I am loving this book will finish it soon. I love the characters so much the push and pull one step forward two steps back between Juliette and Roma they both very obviously care about each other. I also really love Benedikt he is just living without trying he is in pain over Marshall who he thinks is dead I hope things get better for both him and Marshall. I am loving the plot the conflict between the two groups is getting worse with one side attacking I am just looking forward to reading more and finding out where this all leads, (hide spoiler)]

I still love the characters so much neither can do much harm to the other I just wish one of them would say something. I am glad that Benedikt knows Marshall is alive I really hope at least that has a happy ending. The plot is amazing things are going wrong left and right with the issues between the two leads just getting worse I hope things get better if only for a short time. (hide spoiler)]

I just love the characters so much I am glad Roma and Juliette are back together glad what kept them apart is not keeping them completely away from each other. 100%(view spoiler)[ I loved this book so much but why did it have to end like that should of expected that since it was a Romeo and Juliet retelling. I still loved the characters especially Juliette and Roma willing to be together no matter the cost even if that cost is them dying. I just loved Benedikt and Marshall I just loved their relationship hope it stays that way. I loved the plot it sped up to things happening and Juliette thinking Roma was dead only for Benedikt showing up and telling her he is alive and she has to save him so she goes off to do that and ends up dying in the end to save the city. So overall I loved this book very much looking forward to more by this author. (hide spoiler)]

part of me was hoping that even though it's a romeo and juliet retelling it would be a better ending like they run away together or something. But the way they died was still good story wise. Super sad of course but a satisfying end to the story at the same time. IDK if that makes sense or not lol. I love Benedikt and Marshall too. Wonder if they will get their own book. I know dying to save Roma and the city so intense. can't wait to read more by the author either!! (hide spoiler)]
