Replace temporary covers please

I have two books that have temporary covers. The official covers have been published to Amazon.

The books are:
Clueless Romeo
The Holiday Hookup

Can I have them updated?

I also have a pre-order that hasn't showed up at all. How do I add that book?

I also accidently added a alternate cover edition of The Holiday Hookup, so if someone could remove that I would appreciate it!

The temp covers have not been passed out as ARCs or in any other form.

I've removed them and added the real ones. I merged the alternate one. It will take a day or two for the covers to update on each page.
