Please Delete This Canceled Book

Hello,
This book was canceled before it ever came out. I'm a librarian, but I cannot delete this listing because it has "too many reviews", but galleys were never sent. It was canceled b efore we had a manuscript. The author is very upset with us that it's still listed on Goodreads. Can you please help me take it down?

This is for a second book and we're getting cease & desist letters from the author's team. It's another one I'm not able to delete. It was never published. Would you kindly remove it?

Just as with the other case, the author needs to contact Support directly.
