It was imported by Amazon. If there is a legal issue with the books by Javier Charpie then you would need to contact Support to remove them if you think they are spam books.

The other one was the duplicate. I have merged the one with the truncated ISBN into the one with the full ISBN. I also changed the description to what is on Amazon. If you think a book is a duplicate, just post here rather than entering something other than the book's description in that field.
