Adding a Book to a Listopia Page

I am trying to add my recent book, "Believing In Horses Out West, to the Listopia, Best Books WRITTEN by Women Military Veterans. My two previous books are on this list ("Believing In Horses" and "Believing In Horses, Too"), and I am a woman military veteran. The women who started the list, Graciela Tiscareno-Sato, has asked women military veterans to remember to add our books to the list. I have followed Goodreads' directions on how to do this (Add book to list and Vote for book), and it hasn't worked. Thank you for your assistance in advance!
