I need help adding a book to a series and changing a cover please

I need to add my book to a series and delte a mistake edition. Whenever I try to do these things it says only a librarian can do it. But it also says I am granted librarian permissions in other spots.
I want to add this book:

to this series:

I also want to delete this temporary cover edition.

If it matters the book is not out yet and I have copyright for it.
