First, I should say, I'm the writer - so I have zero objectivity.
My observation is that whilst most people enjoyed this book, some definitely took offence - particularly in relation to 'The Blank Face'. Of course, I can see why. On the other hand, my stated aim was to challenge the reader's moral compass - not for the sake of it - but to explore the premise that the very best and worst of us are just human beings, (at least we began life as such) - and but for chance and circumstance, who knows what paths we may have followed...
