Shanelle left the common room to the library for a little study session. She still have three homework due soon that needs to be finished. She sat down at one of the tables, and pulled out the homework.
Henry half runs into the library and looks around for his girlfriend, she’s probably in here somewhere. he spots her and plops down into a chair next to her. “hey”((what should he call her. her full name or a nickname?))
((Nickname, Elle?))
Shanelle just started when her boyfriend plopped down on the chair next to her, surprising her. "Hey Henry!" She said, grinning.
Shanelle just started when her boyfriend plopped down on the chair next to her, surprising her. "Hey Henry!" She said, grinning.
Shanelle shook her head in amusement. "Just some charms homework that's due tomorrow." She said teasingly, she bet Henry didn't finish his own work.
Shanelle nodded. "Yes, as in the day after today. You still haven't started yet. right?" She sighed, she would offer to help but her boyfriend is never going to change.
Henry rummages through his bag looking for the assignment. “no i’ve totally started it’s about um… ok i haven’t started yet but,” he dumps his entire bag on the table. “i cant, oh wait here it is”
Shanelle laughed. "I'll help you, as always." She took the paper from Henry and looked at it. Blank. She showed Henry what she did and said, "Just write one reason and then a bunch of nonsense, as long as you get to the word minimum, the professor don't care." With that said, she returned to her own work after giving him a sweet smile.
“thank you Elle, i have no idea what i’d do without you” Henry says grabbing his quill and starting. “is that really what you do, just write nonsense?”
"Of course not, do you think I would write nonsense?" She snorted in an unlady-like manner. "I started this a week ago, I just had to finish it up today." She said. She scribbled something on the paper and took a ruler out to measure it.
“we’ll than why are you telling me to write nonsense?” Henry asks scribbling furiously on his paper.
"BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE TIME!" Shanelle screamed. She was so tired and she was frustrated. Realising what she did, she quickly calmed down and apologised. "Sorry." She mumbled. Hoping Henry would forgive her, she leaned in for a hug.
He hugged her back and quickly says. “you don’t have to be sorry. but i do think you need a break or a nap. we should go to the three broomsticks restaurant something.”
Shanelle took a deep breath. "Sure, let's go." She said, picking up her things as well as his. "You will have to finish this tomorrow before Charms then, I guess." She held out her hand for Henry to hold.
Shanelle had to walk much faster to catch up with Henry's long strides. ((They got to three broomsticks next?))
Saline walked into the library and stated searching for the book she needed. she had a 3 foot defense against the dark arts essay due tomorrow.
Saline found the book she was looking for, a thick black leather bound one, and took it to an open table. she spread out her DADA notes and opens the book. ready for a long night of studying
“sure” Saline said not really paying attention. 3 feet was a lot but she could fill at least half of it with nonsense, she thinks.
“so your french huh. what do you think of England?” Saline asks casually still jotting down notes but starting to get what the girl is doing and willing to play to.
Saline smiled to herself thinking ‘i see what your doing but two can play at that game’ “oh i’m sure, hogwarts is very bland sometimes” she says.
“no it really isn’t,” Saline says only half paying attention to this french girl. “but the sea monster does come in handy when unwanted people come here.” she finishes casually
she grabs her notes and the big book and stuffs them in her bag. Saline finally looks up at the girl a smirk on her lips. “you’ll just have to find out won’t you and your smart to be scared.”
((Hey! So, I don't want to be That Mod but it seems like a set of people are already roleplaying here. Could you possibly find somewhere else for now until the people that were here first are done in this topic? Thanks!))
Saline raises her eyebrow. “aren’t you a cocky one” she states simply. “but you should know the lake isn’t the only thing full dangerous creatures. we have the forest too with centaurs and werewolves and acromanchlas and all sorts of stuff. this tournament is going to be dangerous princess, are you really sure your ready for it?” Saline says looking her in the eye a obvious challenge in them.
Saline blinks. “you know they put the champions in the lake before right? what makes you think they won’t put in the forest this time. they have an age limit for a reason.” she slings her book bag over shoulder. “and apology accepted.”
Saline sighs. “you know your not really making a good first impression princess.” she muses. “if i were you i wouldn’t go around peeving all the possible hogwarts champions. because if you do get chosen your going to find yourself in a position you don’t want to be in.”
Saline watched the girl go then rolled hers eyes with a scoff. if all the french were like that she was in for quite the year.
((i didn’t see this sorry i’m 3 days late))“yup,” Henry said opening a few books and pulling out his quill.
((I almost forgot too))
Shanelle finished the last of her homework. "Done!" She declared with a grin.

“it’s just an astronomy chart but i’m almost finished, i could use help on this transfiguration essay though it’s next.” he say labeling the last star and putting it in his bag.
She smiled, pulling transfiguration books out. "Here are a few books, I think the answers are in here. As for the essay, just answer the questions in more sentences."
“alright, what if i write bigger, will that count you think?” he asks half joking but kinda debating it.
“i was think more like 35 or 40, like big,” he says writing a few words on a scrap piece of paper to demonstrate.
