It's my love letter to THE LOST BOYS. :)
Briana, vampires have historically been a staple in horror over the past century or so. There also seemed to be a pause after the Twilight craze ran its course. Do you think we’re on the cusp of seeing a rebirth in the sub genre? Can you give us a little more info on what inspired you to create this story?

Any book that begins with (view spoiler) generally has more great things in store!
I made it into the haunted house and got out with just a scratch on Callie. I'm thinking it was a close call. More tonight.

Hee hee hee! I love cheesy puns!

I can't wait for Thanksgiving break here so i can put my feet up, grab a hot chocolate and my doggie, and just read!

I hope everyone enjoys this selection, as I did. A definite blast from the past.

Hee hee hee! I love cheesy puns!"
So do I!

Thank you so much! I was definitely going for a nostalgic tone, and I'm happy you enjoyed it. Thanks for reading.

Thank you!

You're too kind, Brennan. Thank you.

THE LOST BOYS was the first vampire film with bite (pun intended) I ever watched, and I wanted to pay homage to it. I also wished for more queer representation in vampire media, so I wrote some myself. I think a lot of writers and readers who either bought into the Twilight craze or avoided it are coming back around, and there's the allure of nostalgia to thank for the vampire resurgence. I love vampire media and I especially love seeing how different authors play with the lore and mythology.

Thank you. I appreciate it!
