you could also find a stress toy or maybe read some of your favorite things

if you have red food coloring, but some one your arm (somewhere not c*t) and then put a rubber band over it so it's tight
then stretch the rubber band and release it onto your arm and it will create a sting and blood affect without actually harming yourself
and it can help you cope
i would also suggest listening to music, even sad music because it can help you let your emotions out and cope
