Anahera sat on a bench, she had been travelling for the last few days, because of her species settling down was dangerous not to mention she was 16 years old and all alone. Her knit sweater was cozy and warm as she rested, a bag that she had been dragged around with her rested at her feet. She was combing the end of her tail, eastern unicorns like herself which weren't as common as the usual western unicorns, had curved horns and long thin tails with a hair at the end like a feather.

Althea sat down on a bench with an audible sigh. Today had been annoying, she was forced to interact with people to prove that her business isn't a lie, even though she was quite well known for being able to heal people with just a touch, although they people always excluded the fact that it brought harm to her and it was just portrayed as a cure-all. She felt annoyed that she even had to go through that, just for them to say the obvious, that she actually could heal people. She just wanted something warm from the bakery, they were tired of talking to people and refused to put on a stupid nice act, just because she needs a license to keep helping people or some stupid thing.
Standing up, Anahera picked up her bang, swinging it over her shoulder. She wasn't terribly short standing at a height of 5'4, but she was thin and delicate. Her appearance was quite cute, but graceful, with an aura of magic and calm. Walking past the bench, she made eye contact with Althea, then looked away. She had a few more stops she had to make before she continued.
A little like Althea, Anahera was a healer except she didn't tell people this or go around helping others. Since her ability of healing was connected to her body, her hair, tears and horn all had healing properties and her hair was short at the moment because the person she'd run away from had shaved her head and sold her hair, it was now finally growing back and was at a short bob.

Althea stared directly at the person, holding it for a bit longer after they looked away. "What do you want?" she'd ask, not attempting to put on any kind tone, she wasn't fond of people staring at her, although she usually didn't address them. She just wanted to sit here, maybe get some food, she didn't want to have to deal with annoying pests staring at her. She tapped her foot impatiently, currently, seconds felt incredibly long, she wasn't sure why though, and just blamed it on overworking herself. She noticed one of her bandaids were falling off then she checked her pockets, trying to check if she had any in her pockets, but there were none. That was annoying.
Anahera flinched this person didn't seem friendly and a person like Anahera that had been hurt and abused most of her life was very careful around these people.
She did notice, like Althea the bandages around the woman's arms, she walked away then turned back. It wouldn't hurt to help, and maybe this would be a good thing, maybe a bad idea.
"Could you hold out your arm," she asked tentatively.
Her horn was hidden and if she did this she would need to be careful, been seen wasn't entirely on her list of things she wanted. Unicorns were already uncommon as is, and considered non existent, but her she was risking this for someone else.

She thought for a second, unsure why that would be asked of her. She decided to stick her arm out for a moment, just to see what was going on, knowing that if this person tried anything she could easily take them. "Fine, but know, if you try anything you'll," she suddenly stopped, not wanting to threaten the person in case they were giving her more bandage or something similar to that. She braced herself, even though she doubted this person would try to attack her, considering the person seemed as though they would be incredibly opposed to violence. She got thoughts of hurting this person anyway, but she quickly pushed them down, if they helped her she'd do nothing to hurt them.
Anahera was only sixteen, and like Althea thought, she was very opposed to violence. She unwrapped the bandages the covered the woman's arm and looked at for a moment, wondering what she'd done for it to become this way.
"I'm just helping," she mumbled, "Also it might tickle," she stated.
Removing the hood of her coat from her head, a horn that curved rested in the center, she sat down on the ground infront of his person and touched her horn to Althea's forearm.
A tickling sensation ran up the nerves as the skin and wounds repaired themselves, barely leaving scars once she was done.

She was confused with that last bit, but she obliged either way. She didn't acknowledge the fact that this person was a unicorn, but only because she had met 2 before when one of which required healing.
"Oh, you're able to heal stuff too," she put on a more soft tone, trying to avoid scaring this person. She found the fact that this person was a healer too interesting, considering she had only ever met one other person who was able to heal people, although that person was long dead. She looked at her arm, forgetting how odd it look on her without the many cuts caused by overworking herself from too much healing. She wasn't sure why she wasn't fond of this, there was only one other time she had been like this, but with them, they healed her entire body. She'd continue with her soft tone, "I'm Althea."
Anahera looked up and moved back, she nodded, eastern unicorns were healers, their tears, hair and horns being the source of their healing abilities.
"Anahera," she replied, a hand over her chest, as she bow slightly with her head.
She looked at Althea, this woman looked like she was injured all over the place.
"Do you need help anywhere else?" she decided to ask.
Her horn could be used for exterior injuries and interior injuries, tears were interior and hair could be used for either depending on if it was consumed or not.

She thought for a moment then responded, "No, no thank you." She didn't like the fact that her skin being clear reminded her of her childhood, she much preferred to see her suffering as well as how many people she's possibly saved from death, although that last part didn't make her feel any better about herself, she still just felt like a pawn, sure she made plenty of money healing people, but did anybody really care whether or not she was negatively affected by this? She volunteered herself to only be seen as that though, she had to admit, and honestly, she didn't care. She didn't care about most people when she was healing, she just cared about not needing to focus on anything other than healing that person.
"Where are you going?" She asked, still using that soft tone as a way to not scare off Anahera. She didn't really care, she was just curious seeing as she had originally started to walk away after staring at her.
She nodded understandingly, she stood, and put her coat hood up again. Making sure her bag was still around her shoulder and that she hadn't lost it, she looked around. Anahera was clearly the jumpy type, her long white tail, was close to her body the feathery hair at the edge blowing in the breeze, her ears twitching, every part screamed restless.
Anahera had spent most of her life up until recently, locked up in peoples' basements, her healing abilities being sold at black markets, for thousands of dollars. She didn't volunteer herself, and if she did anymore she didn't stay long or just much about herself to who she helped.
"I don't know," she stated.
Which was partly true, yes she needed to get supplies before she went back into the forests, but otherwise she didn't know where she was going.

"Looking for anything in particular?" she'd ask, unsure why she did though, she didn't care. She was faking a nice look, despite her still being annoyed at everything, even if Anahera seemed interesting. She was just tired, but she'd be fine helping if any was needed, just because she hadn't met another healer and she felt like it was just the right thing to do, she normally didn't do what would be considered the right thing, but she felt like she should in this scenario.
"No, just staying away from people," she said.
Which was what she was trying to do for the most part, and not doing the best job at it. That much was for certain.
Anahera looked at Althea,
"Yourself?" she asked politely.
She'd been taught to be respect to everyone or they wouldn't be the same back, so she was quite conscious about these things.

"Observing people," she quickly lied, well, it wasn't fully lying, she did enjoy observing people when upset, although she was mostly here to just sit. She wasn't a fan of the scenery, but she found it interesting to just sit in places, pretty or not. She never really talked about that though, she preferred not many knowing that, just because it could possibly be taken advantage of somehow, she wasn't sure how, but she knew people would somehow manage to find a way. She wasn't sure if Anahera would accept much help, although she knew it couldn't hurt to try. "Are you headed anywhere in particular? Maybe I could help you get there."
Anahera looked at her a little anxiously from that comment. She herself wasn't sure if she should be stay in this place for too long, one person could come along, recognize her and then she was back to that pit of darkness and constant fear.
"No, I'm not," "Just away from the people," she commented.
She was really unsure where she was going, she just followed paths and usually found herself in the woods, in the end it was safer then being out in the open or in a city/town.

"Hm, alright," Althea wasn't sure how to continue the conversation, it seemed that Anahera wanted to just go. She understood avoiding people, although she doubted it was for similar reasons. She simply hid to get away from her parents, something simple. She didn't want to bother Anahera more, bothersome people are annoying, she wouldn't be annoying. She hated annoying people.

Anahera nodded, and turned around, she continued down the street. Her long tail, with feathered hair at the end curled close to her, not swaying like it would naturally.
While she was wearing a cloak, her ears poked out slightly and shifted around quickly, making sure that nothing and no one could sneak up on her.

She nodded as Anahera left. That was an interesting person, interesting to the point of her almost forgetting her stress, although she almost immediately remembered. Althea hoped that Anahera would have safe bidding, it'd be a shame to see them hurt.

May felt excited to just be walking around, despite her doing this almost daily, but it was still incredibly fun for her. She wasn't paying attention to where she was walking and accidentally ran into somebody. "Ah! So sorry!" A feeling of guilt had quickly overcome her, she felt so bad for bumping into somebody with their child too. She quickly pulled a coin out of her bag as an apology token and quickly placed it into the man's hand. "Here!"
