SOLVED. Memoir/ Autobiography about sailing in the Mediterranean. I thought it was called 7 summers. [s]

It was written by a Sydney woman. She and her husband sailed the Med for many years. He fell ill in France and was diagnosed with cancer. Can anyone shed any light on the title and author please. I think I read it about 15 years ago
