For some reason, my ratings continue to disappear. I don't know why and I am helpless to do anything about it. I have been directed to other places to voice this issue and none of them have addressed it. Is Goodreads under some sort of new management?

The only place is through Goodreads Support. https://www.goodreads.com/about/conta...
Librarians are volunteers and don't work for Goodreads, so we don't have insight into site functionality. I personally don't know why it would happen.
