Hi Vince, Please consider interviewing me! Over a 50+ year writing career, I've written over a dozen books and textbooks and 100 articles on health, wellness, and nutrition. Now I've written my first children's book--The Fantastic Adventures of Alex in the Broccoli Forest: A Children's Nutrition Story.

As the name implies, this is an educational story meant to introduce children to the five food groups and the basics of good nutrition. I believe that early introduction of such concepts can instill healthy lifetime behaviors in kids and motivate them to try new healthy, whole foods.
