I'm not sure what else you want me to say. It's in the same universe. It's the sequel to the first book. It has references from one character to the other. I'm not sure why you're asking the author whether or not it's the sequel. I feel as though i know my story best.

It was not clear from the book descriptions that they meet those requirements. We ask everyone how the books are connected when that is the case.
You did not mention that it was a sequel before. Stating that it is in the same universe with shared characters is what was needed. Thanks, and I have added it to the series.
