Azalea and Fallen

[Fallen]

"But then I wouldn't be able to get you to leave here to go anywhere else." Cam replied, walking around.

Jac laughed, throwing her head back slightly. "So? Ohhhh, i love this place!" She gushed as she saw numerous classics.

[Fallen]

Cam smiled. He walked over to a window and sat on the sill. He picked up the book he had left there and opened it. It was one of his favorite classics.

"I think, im going to live here." Jac declared, glancing at him. She pulled out her favorite book, Great Expectations.

[Fallen]

"Okay. I'll make sure they bring you food." Cam replied, not looking up from his book.

"Youd actually let me?" She asked incredulously. After all, books were the only thing she had from her old life. They were the only proof that she was once the little girl from the streets, happy and carefree.

[Fallen]

"Sure. If you want. You can take books out of here too." Cam explained. He looked at her.

Seeing that he was looking at her, she straightened again and returned her eyes to the usual distant look. She nodded. "Oh...in that case, i think ill stay in my room." She said not wanting to show any weakness. She was actually yearning for a mission about now. "Do you come here often?" She asked trying to get her mind off of the things that surfaced.

"Sometimes. I'll normally come and get ten or so books from here and take them back to my room." Cam closed his book and sat up.
